Training Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the online training course provided by Bath Social & Development Research Ltd accessible through our website. By enrolling in and accessing the Course, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Course Enrollment

Please contact jo@bathsdr.org to register for the QuIP Lead Evaluator training course. Upon successful registration and payment, you will be granted access to the course materials for a limited period of 40 days.

  1. Payment Terms
  • Full payment is required before access to the course materials is granted.
  • Payments can be made via a bank transfer (please request an invoice) or online with a debit/credit card (please request the payment link).
  • All payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 5 (Refunds and Cancellations).
  1. Access to Course Materials
  • Upon successful payment, you will gain access to the course materials via your registered account on the members area on our website.
  • Access to the Course materials is granted for 40 days from the date of enrolment. After this period, access to the course will be automatically cancelled, but you will be given downloads of all the materials.
  1. Course Content and Usage Rights
  • All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, images, and any other content provided, are owned by Bath Social & Development Research Ltd.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Course materials without prior written consent from Bath Social & Development Research Ltd.
  1. Refunds and Cancellations
  • Due to the nature of the digital Course, all payments are final and non-refundable, except in the event of technical issues that prevent access to the Course.
  • If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the Course materials, please contact Jo@bathsdr.org. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
  1. Account Security and Access
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

By enrolling in the Course, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of your personal data as outlined in our GDPR policy.
