Booking
In order to secure a place on the QuIP Lead Evaluator Training Course full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the course date or your place will be offered to anyone on the waiting list.
Cancellation / Rescheduling by BSDR
BSDR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses at their discretion if there are insufficient participants. In such cases the participant shall be offered the option transfer to the new course date. If this is not convenient, a full refund of the deposit will be made within 1 week of cancellation.
Courses will be confirmed and participants notified four weeks prior to the course – please ask us if you’d like the exact cut-off date for the course you are booking.
Cancellation by the participant
If you are unable to attend the training course or would like to reschedule, you should inform BSDR by email immediately. Our refund policy is as follows:
- 4 weeks notice – Full fee refunded
- 3 weeks notice – 75% refunded
- 2 weeks notice – 50% refunded
- Less than 2 weeks – No refund
Pre-course information
Course schedule and any pre-coursework will be sent to the participants two weeks prior to the course date. The course relies on a stable internet connection for the training platform and live sessions. No refund will be offered if a participant is unable to attend due to an unstable internet connection.
